Donald Jacobs has over 40 years of information processing experience, the last 35 of which have been in healthcare. He is the founder and owner of Inteck, Inc., which he began in 1982. Previously, Mr. Jacobs was the national director of computer services for an international public accounting firm in which he was a partner. He was also a member of the firm’s national healthcare committee. In addition, Mr. Jacobs has served as the corporate director of data processing for a multi-hospital organization. Mr. Jacobs was responsible for all activities related to the computer processing of hospital information for the Illinois Hospital Association and was director of research and development at the Massachusetts Hospital Association. He teaches at the University of Colorado, where he is co-responsible for the information technology curriculum for healthcare professionals who are acquiring advanced degrees in health information technology or MBA's in healthcare administration . He is a member of the University's Health Science Center's Industry Liaison Board and a mentor for Ph.D candidates. Mr. Jacobs is a member of the editorial advisory board of Health Management Technology magazine. He has spoken at numerous hospitals and healthcare meetings. Mr. Jacobs has directed and participated in all aspects of the use of information systems in healthcare. His specific expertise is in strategic long-range information system planning, reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts, and developing relationships between physicians and hospitals. |

Mr. Nosalek has over 15 years of experience in healthcare, information
technology and consulting services. Among his accomplishments have been: Mr. Nosalek is a Member of the Healthcare Information Management Systems
Society and the Project Management Institute.
Mr. Jacobs has over 30 years of progressively more responsible experience in the full range of Hospital Financial Management and Operations. He has developed and implemented Revenue Cycle Management Programs for various healthcare organizations. He spearheaded implementation of performance related financial measures in private and government hospitals. Mr. Jacobs has: Hospitals have recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars from Mr. Jacobs’s efforts analyzing operations and implementing strategic initiatives. Mr. Jacobs is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, Healthcare Financial Management Association (Follmer Bronze and Reeves Silver Award recipient), and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (Past President and Chairman of the Board – Rocky Mountain Chapter).
Ms. Thome has over 30 years experience within the healthcare area, with extensive overall MEDITECH knowledge of all modules. She has managed large mission critical installation efforts, continued management of support post implementation, and integrated new technologies. She has also formed, designed consulting, and support models for various healthcare environments. Dr. Deitch has over 10 years experience in the healthcare industry. He has a proven track record of identifying and implementing information technology, especially for providers to improve the quality of care. As a leader in information technology he co-founded and is Chairman of FreewebCentral Corporation. FreewebCentral developed a portal to deliver the fifty most commonly searched categories on the Internet, and was voted the #1 website for small business by Entrepreneur magazine in 1999. Dr. Deitch served as the Senior Medical Advisor for DigitalMed, a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare Corporation, where he created enterprise-wide learning solutions for healthcare providers, including all continuing medical education for Tenet Healthcare employees. Dr. Deitch has been an executive of a continuing medical education provider and served as the product manager for an eighteen million dollar market share point-of-care disease management tool for clinicians. Dr. Deitch is an expert in providing operational and technical solutions, including troubleshooting production processes and streamlining content delivery systems. He was clinically trained by hospitals affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and was trained as a fellow in neurovirology at the Univeristy of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He is a board member of the Medical Advisory Committee for PSC Partners Seeking a Cure, based in Denver. |
